RETURN POLICY
We do not accept refunds unless faulty due to a manufacturing issue.
In the event that you find that your purchase is not suitable, we are happy to offer exchanges or returns for store credit to the value of the product at purchase within 14 days of receipt.
All returned items must be in original condition, that is, unworn, tagged, unwashed and undamaged.
If returned items are deemed worn, untagged, washed or damaged, items will be sent back to you at your expense and we hold the right to refuse a return if deemed unsatisfactory.

All online orders that require to be returned please contact otts.cs@gmail.com first to organise arrangements. If you wish to send back the whole or part of the order, please contact us at otts.cs@gmail.com to arrange a return or credit notes before you send back the package or return in person.
Return will be at customers own expense except for faulty items and orders.
Please use a reliable and trackable return service, as OTTS-OFFICIAL will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
If a product/s is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us at ottsofficial@gmail.com as soon as you discover the fault.
Faults must be brought to our attention within 14 days of receiving the product.
To complete your purchase return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your returned item/s to be received. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed. If your return does not meet our return policy you will be contacted by our customer service team.
